Upper Body Workout!
Come on ladies, you’ve gotta lift weights if you want those awesome “toned” arms. You don’t get amazing biceps and shoulders from using the elliptical. Try this workout to sculpt your upper body in time for summer! Suns out guns out!!
This workout is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions about any of the exercises just comment of email me and I’ll help you out!
In the 2nd section of the workout you are doing 4 sets. Each round you do a different number of reps. Set 1=15 reps Set 2=12 reps Set 3=10 reps Set 4=8 reps.
Go get those Michelle Obama arms!!
