This morning I woke up bright and early, ate some PB&Ezekiel toast and headed to the gym! We started the workout at 6am sharp..Nobody was playing around today! Here’s how the workout breaks down. 3 rounds with cardio between each round.Add some HIIT and a quick plank.. and BOOM you’re done. Killed it!
- Take about 1-2 minute break between rounds
- You can do the HIIT on a treadmill, outside, on a bike, or on an elliptical. It’s up to you!
- Below I have added some demos of some of the exercises that you may not know how to do. 🙂

Squatted plat push-pulls: Squat and extend arms in front of you holding plate a shoulder level. Remain squatting and pull the plate in toward your chest. Repeat 12x.
