Hummus, Avocado, Sun Dried Tomato Goodness!
Everyone needs a good healthy hearty snack sometime during the day! Instead of sneaking over to the vending machine or doing the normal handful of cashews and almonds during your 3:00 slump.. jazz it up with this fun, delicious, and filling snack!
Things you need:
- Wasa Crackers – I do the whole grain ones
- Hummus of your choice – I do roasted red pepper
- Avocado or guacamole – I buy the 100 calorie packs of avocado at the grocery store
- Sun dried tomatoes – I get mine from sprouts
Step 1: Grab a Wasa Cracker
Step 2: Spread Avocado all over the Wasa cracker
Step 3: Spread hummus over the layer of Avocado
Step 4: Place about 4 sundried tomatoes on the top!
This snack is filling and so good! Give it a try sometime. You won’t be disappointed!! 🙂
