Low Calorie Cocktails for Summer.
Everyone knows that drinking to much alcohol is a very simple way to gain weight. With summertime pool parties, lake trips, and vacations occurring in the summertime the chances of gaining a “beer belly” drastically increase. I don know if you agree but beer belly + Swim suit= not your best look. So, avoid the summertime bloat by drinking this low calorie summertime cocktail!
Instead of a margarita or some other sugary drink, try this delicious Strawberry Mojito!
Place the chopped strawberry in the bottom of the glass and muddle the strawberry. It should look something like this.
After you have muddled the mint and fruit, squeeze the juice of 1/2 of a lime on top.
Then add in your shot of rum and fill to the top with club soda. Add desired amount of ice. Then,BAM!! You’ve got a refreshing, delicious, low calorie drink to enjoy on a hot summer day! Enjoy!
