Dessert is my thing. I love it. If offered something sweet, I jump at the opportunity. The only problem with getting sugar high all the time are all of the calories! Cheesecake, cupcakes, ice cream and cookies are wonderful, but they’ll slow up your progress in the gym for sure.
Well, since I’m not willing to live without dessert, but I do want to see results in the gym, I opt for healthy ice cream and dessert alternatives when I can. Here’s my latest favorite!
Yogurt Waffle Bowl
- Store bought waffle bowl
- 1/2 cup of plain (or vanilla) Greek Yogurt
- Strawberries (sliced into small pieces)
- Cool Whip
If you’re feeling frisky you should try lining the waffle bowl with peanut butter.. it’s delicious!! 🙂
