Today has been a super busy day. I worked from 5-8:30am training clients and working, then went to take care of the dog and cat I’m keeping this week. After the animals were taken care of, I was able to publish my previous post: Obsessions and Addictions. After writing that post many of my friends have pointed out many more addictions I missed. Maybe I’ll do a follow-up later! After I published that post I headed to spin class with a few of my favorite people! The class was awesome.. talk about a sweat session! I followed up the spin class with a quick 3 mile run. I still have to teach a group fitness class and train some clients before I head home today. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my longest days and they leave me pretty exhausted.
Since I’m usually at work or traveling back and forth between different work places I try to come prepared with snacks and meals for the day. Today after my workout I enjoyed a banana, a Kize bar, and an amazingly delicious juice from Whole Foods.. I’m pretty sure it was called watermelon awesome-ness.. no joke! You guys if you’ve never tried Kize bars you should really look into it. They contain all natural ingredients and are delicious! You’ve gotta refuel after a workout anyway, so you might as well enjoy it!
Now I’m off to write workouts for myself and my clients for this week and I’ve gotta do some school related research, too. Too much to do in too little of time. I did make time, however, to put together a workout that is simple but killer if you push yourself. I did this workout last week on my cross training day. I hope you enjoy it!
I hope you enjoy the workout!
Thanks for stopping by!
