Today’s the day! I am officially 24 years old. Instead of taking the day off and relaxing, I decided to put my big girl pants on and go to all three of my jobs today. I started early this morning on the opening shift (4:00am early). I couldn’t sleep anyway. I guess I was just too excited to turn 24.. not.
After leaving job #1 I did have time to take a quick birthday nap and then I ran 6 miles with hills. I thought I was going to hate the hills workout, but I actually LOVED it! After my run, I went into job #2, the office at OU, and rushed to complete some paperwork that was already past due. Oops! I got those bad boys turned in and headed to teach my circuit class at Next Level Fitness.
Today is the perfect day for a BIRTHDAY WORKOUT!! Yay! Here’s a killer workout that will get you sweating any day of the week, but especially if it’s your birthday!
Complete each exercise 24 times (or however old you are turning on your birthday). Use minimal rest between exercises, but take a minute of rest between sets. If you need more rest, take it!

3 circuits.9 exercises.24 reps each.
Now get in the gym and get your workout in on my birthday, or yours!!
