Join in on Workout Wednesday with this power packed quick workout! You can do it anywhere so no excuses! All you need is a timer or clock and a set of dumbbells!

Make sure you do a 5-10 minute warm up before starting the workout. Total time to completion should be around 30 minutes which includes your warm up, workout, and your cool down!
Front Lunges: Step forward and bend front knee to a 90 degree angle. Your back leg should also be bent at a 90 degree angle and the back knee should hover 2 inches off the ground. Extend the front leg and explode back to a normal standing position. Repeat.
Renegrade Row video here! : Start in a plank with both hands on the handles of dumbbells. Pull your right elbow up toward the sky. The dumbbell should be level with the chest at the top of the movement. then lower the dumbbell to the ground. Repeat on the other side.
Thrusters video here! : Stand with feet hip distance of a little wider apart. Hold dumbbells level with your shoulders. Sit back into a squat position then extend the legs and thrust the dumbbells over head into a shoulder press position. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
